GRS Global Renewables Shipbrokers from Hamburg is expanding its range of services with project investments and corporate finance as of May 1, 2020. Uwe Schuldt is now heading the new department “GRS Invest+Finance” with a focus on project financing, business transactions, due diligence, strategic analyses, restructuring and distressed or special situations.
Growth of the international offshore wind market is continuing unabated. Matthias Mross, GRS Offshore Managing Partner, explains: “We are happy to build a unit of deal support experts, which will provide their skills to our clients in major projects such as company acquisitions, strategic repositioning as well as special situations.” GRS will also add other experts to the team if need be and is also a perfect partner for the offshore wind community in complex international transactions.
