Alex Negulescu studied law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, his home country. After successfully graduating with a bachelor’s degree, he obtained an LL.M. in Maritime and Transport Law. Equipped with this comprehensive knowledge, he decided to take up a new challenge as a shipbroker in Hamburg.
