With an MBA in Accounting under her belt, Rhonda Kwong was a staff accountant and payroll specialist in the ship management sector in the USA before coming onboard. From this invaluable experience, she acquired exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills. Years later, a rare opportunity brought her to teaching children in remote parts of Asia, where she humbly learned to be creative, flexible, think quickly and lead boldly. At GRS, Rhonda works as an administrative manager where she can combine both her creative and analytical sides to further the success of the GRS team.
